We understand that events vary in size, requirements, duration, and budget. In order to provide optimal service, we'd like to know the specific details about the event being planned and the specific AV and entertainment requirements that it entails. Doing so would help us determine the appropriate pricing by determining the appropriate system to match the scale and nature of the event. For military and other government entities, please send coordination details to < admin@vspllc.co >. We do have an updated 889 Representation Form, so a copy will be sent to the customer email. For equipment rental, we'll need a copy of the tax exemption letter before we can send a tax free quote.
